Re: For which celestial bodies is it relevant to display the lunar distance?

    Dear Tony,

The pdf's with lunar distance tables are now available on my website www.celnav.nl/?page=lunardist. I struggled a bit with the proportional logarithms because my tables have one-hour intervals, while Nevil Maskelyne's Proportional Logarithms are to be used for 3-hour intervals. This was solved by multiplying the change in the lunar distance during the one-hour intervals by 3. As a result, Nevil Maskelyne's Proportional Logarithm Table can be used in combination with my lunar distance tables, even though they have one-hour intervals.
I also added lunar distance tables for up to 7 celestial bodies, but without Proportional Logarithms.

    Best regards,
    Jorrit
