Ah, I completely overlooked the nonlinear change of the lunar distance when the moon passes close by a celestial body, like Venus on May 17th. Now a lunar distance is not shown anymore in my tables if the maximum error using a linear interpolation exceeds 0.1' of arc, as compared to a quadratic interpolation (I will put an explanation on my website).
Regarding the proportonal logarithms, I have created a one-hour interval proportional logarithm table, see attachment and also CelNav.nl.
