Well, it's not a bug. It's supposed to work that way. :-)
I'm getting ready to release some enhancements of that calculator, including
the ability to use the other body's altitude for a time sight and generate
the actual longitude as well as clearing the lunar by a number of historical
methods. Let me know if you have any requests. I would be happy to incorporate
anything that might be useful as long as it's not too tough for me to
implement.
