Hi Martin,
The Pentaprism is anonymous however I do remember that it cost £60 but, I cannot remember where from but it was in the Colchester / Ipswich area of East Anglia. As you can see from the photos the Horizon Shades and the Prism have the same mounting as Paul's. And the certificate looks like it is an original Freiberger one.
