Hi My name is John D. Howard.
I have used for yeard the Jet Proplusion Labs Horizons web site. I downloaded the sideral time, Dec. of the sun, RA of the sun, and the EOT for 2010 untill 2023.
Downloaded the data to a text file. There are many options for data and the type of download. With the infomation in a text file I print out a single page when
I need to. BTW the USNO gets the data to publish the Nautical Almanac from the JPL ( so do the British )
