It does look like another star HD 202578 in the 8 O'clock position just peeks out
That star is indeed very close to the limb (see attached screenshot), but seems to be occulted already. The little speck exactly on the limb is perhaps reflected sunlight, though it does seem pretty far from the next few bright specks down and to the right.
