Hey, that GPS spoof report happened in the so-called Catalina Triangle! (It's a thing - look it up!)
That's where the 2004 Nimitz Tic-tac encounter happened, and all sorts of other "mysterious" stuff has been reported over the years! A "planetary vortex" and all that where as one author observed,"...reality rules, though it doesn't always make sense.."
So, might have been the Lemurians messing with relativity and shifting ths signal? Just sayin... ;-)
