Curious, to say the least, curious. Might your ships cook have mixed dairy and meat in the same meal, definately not "Kosher". As to the possibility of GPS being "turned off", by local authorities, posible but then would not other referenced systems have gone down too? The thing is over my head, but fortunately, no harm done, I assume.
