The article discusses many issues including the 2016 capture of 2 USN riverine command boats near Farsi Island and the 2011 RQ-170 Sentinel unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) near the city of Kashmar; both in Iran. Does Iran have GPS spoofing attack capability leading to "misnavigating"?
