By the way, there is a new book out on GPS. Dr. Pratap Misra, co-author with Dr. Per Enge of the graduate-level textbook on GNSS, Global Positioning System: Signals, Measurements, and Performance, has just published a roughly 100-page popular-level paperback on GPS. Titled GPS for Everyone: You are Here, it's available in both paperback and Kindle editions. It can be ordered from Amazon.com (https://www.amazon.com/dp/0970954433/ref=rdr_ext_tmb) and the regional sites such as amazon.ca and amazon.co.uk. For a brief overview, see the BlackDot GNSS blog: http://www.blackdotgnss.com/2016/08/05/gps-for-everyone-you-are-here/ . Chapter 17, "A Day Without GPS?", discusses GPS jamming. Full disclosure: I helped to edit Dr. Misra's book. ;-)
