hello gentlemen
there must be a lot of people who bought his book and are wondering when new wdition will be out.sadly there wont be any more.sadly george has passed away last year.
back in the 90"s i signed up for a nav course and George was running the clas.the cel nav was new to me and i strugled with it and eventualy made it.since then we George or as i got to call him GG became friends.
He has been a great friend,techer and guide over the years and i miss his company.he is missed and will be mised.
it is good that he is remembered by nav list.i would also like to mention two more authors/navigators that i dont think have been on the pages of nav list.one is Charles W. Ure a patron of Gosford N.S.W Yacht Club ,not much is known abvout him and Frank Underdown also a teacher and a navigator who sadly passed away some 10 years ago.perhaps members have known the a bove gentlemen and might be able to enlighten the rest of us.
