Regarding David Burch's Book, "Emergency Navigation" It seemed to be out of print for a while, and may--or may not--have reemerged as a hardback with a saltier price point. Would appreciate information on the current status of the book (in print, as paperback or hardback?) Opinions on the book. Thanks Bill
