    Or, just notice that the longitudes differ by exactly 180 degrees so the course must be 360 then 180. And notice that (90 - latitude 1) + (90 - latitude 2) = 60 degrees exactly. ( It can also be done as 180 -lat 1 - lat 2 also equals 60 degrees.)

    Course formula-
    tan-1(sin(180) / (cos(61d 15min) x tan(58d 45min) - (sin(61d 15min) x cos(180))
