Fortunately The Journal of Navigation still retains its broad mandate to cover all things navigational as set out here.
By contrast the U.S. journal NAVIGATION seems to have lost its way. In the words of the editor-in-chief, “The scope of NAVIGATION in recent years has been focused on science and technology related to the estimation of position, velocity, attitude and time…path planning…is outside our current scope”.
