Thank you for your response. For further clarification in an attempt to legitimize my post I must add that my friend is an experienced celestial navigator with some time at sea.  He has his plans for the visit; however, I know some of you have been there and may have some useful insight.  I'm suspecting that with your suggestions my friend might make better use of his brief time there.   A few hours after making my original post and just before falling to sleep, I realized that there was a chance that my question might be deemed inappropriate; hence, this attempt at verification.  You may want to consider responding via private email.
