I'm sorry that no one replied to this. I looked at it on 30 April and couldn't get started. I have a 1995 Blewitt book and didn't see any obvious similar examples.
If I'm reading correctly, you point out two errors - in the +10 ( or -10) time zone and in the date of 6 vs 7 Dec. Those need to be cleared up first.
I'm sure that if you posted a photo of the entire problem, someone would be able to help.
