Hi Dan,
Yes, if you want to know pretty much anything related to CelNav, this is the place to come to. I don't think that you will find a more knowledgeable cross section of people anywhere else.
I thought I knew CelNav until I came here, and then I learned I didn't know much.
Where do you teach? I learned from a few long-retired master navigators at Mass Maritime and Texas A&M. Now I get to teach junior mates and Cadets and try to turn the mush in their heads into real knowledge.
It is fun in any case.
