Some time ago there was discussion about the sharing of sight reduction tables between the US and the UK. ISTR that the discussion related to 214, 249 and 229. It seems that data sharing was not always with permission. HO200 contains a set of haversine tables and instructions on how to use them. Quite by chance I have discovered a relevant copyright notice in the 1932 edition of Inman's table. Note that HO200 was published in 1828. A copy of the notice is attached.
