Blackburne provided solutions for azimuth as well as hour angle in the band 30° N to 30°S. Hour angles and azimuths are in separate tables. A Sexgesimal Proportional table is included to aid interpolation.
I have not used these tables because I would have to travel 660nm to reach the latitude band. My comments come from a quick look at the Explanation and Use of Tables section. I do not know easy it was to use the tables.
