You seem to have substantial knowledge regarding the evolution of nav table (particularly, 229 and 249) publications by NGA and its predecessors. Would you consider commenting on this?
I, for one, remain unsure about the relationship between NGA and the various 'commercial version' suppliers. Is only one company creating the commercial versions and selling them via multiple outlets? How are updates or error corrections handled? Thanks!
