I calculate your intercept distance at 4.3' using the following formula: sin Hc = sin Lat x sin Dec + (cos Lat x cos Dec x cos t). Where Lat was 34d52.2', Dec was -21d08.0', and t was 20d08.3'. I used online nautical almanac data (that I didn't verify) for the sun's GHA (57d40.8') and Declination (S 21d08.2') and did not use any A2 altitude correction. I used your Ho of 30d53.5'. It looks like the most significant error was the semi diameter correction. Double check your timing, DR position, index error, and include any available pressure/temperature corrections to increase your future accuracy.
