Hello, I'm not quite sure what is being sought in this thread, but for what it's worth, I have several adverstising sheets from the mid/late 1970s which advertise W.F. Stanley Heath MC1 and T112/A Three circle sextants. So, obviously there was some connection either on-going or reestablished bbetween Heath an W.F. Stanley. I ordered a T112 from Thomas Foulkes sometime earlier, and I remember that Mr Foulkes told me that they were "a very slow" company. However, when the instrument arrived, I was delighted. The instrument error certificate, showed no errors at all until 105 & 120 degrees both of which were .20 min.
As I said, I don't know if this helps, but forw what it's worth...
Best, John
