Wow. This is so cool to see. I've been retired for ten years, forced out by an injury but I still use my sextant for fun and giggles. I even do Lunar Distances to find both GMT and Longitude simultaneously using Stark Tables. I was a History Teacher for a year after I retired, putting my degree to use for the first time. So I have fun using my aviation sextants and a cheap marine sextant up here in Cheyenne in the ways that I can.
