    Hi Lee

    Sure you can get summer sun shots. Take an early morning shot. Wild guess  of you at 34N, 86W at 1100 UT gives Hc 4-08.9 and Az 64.4 so you can get a LOP perpendicular to that. Take a later morning shot while it's still below 65 degrees - it's going to be harder to line up the two Suns at large angles. Then you can take an afternoon shot and an almost-sundown shot to get four LOP's that hopefully cross. The LOPs are going to be at small angles to each other so any errors will be magnified.

    I don't remember if you specified sun only but the moon is sometimes available as are some bright stars. With a mirror AH (search NavList), you can get very clear star shots.
