A little nitpick that we can turn into one of those SAT analogies: "As Frank is to Fred, Java is to JavaScript". That is, completely different things that share some letters at the start.
Andrew Nikitin, I agree with your assessment: the trouble is with the use of "with".
By the way, I originally posted the modified code back on January 1, 2015. I had hoped that word would get back to Henning Umland, and he would update his web site's code. Since that didn't happen, I finally bit the bullet today and sent him a fax. Last year when I read on his web site that he doesn't accept email but one could fax him, I thought, "What is this... 1999?" Of course, I knew about Internet fax services, but I wasn't going to spend money on that. Today, however, it dawned on me that there are advertising-sponsored services that send faxes for free. Found one, entered all the info, sent fax just ten minutes ago. Now we wait...
