The U.S. Naval Observatory, http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/geocentric.php, reports the declination as 10°00’38.39”. The right ascension is reported as 22:23:53.427, or 335.9726°. Henning Umland’s almanac is seriously in error.
