Sorry to say it is a decorative object, possibly very recently manufactured. Wholesale price might be $10.
There's a couple of cities in India (and Pakistan?) that produce them. I saw a video on how these and other kinds of fake instruments are fabricated. It involves craftsman working from home, producing a couple of parts in series, or doing the engraving, or making the wooden handle.
It reminded me a bit of how knives used to be produced in Solingen in Germany.
Maybe the video was even posted to NavList?
