I think it's an intermittent problem. I just tried it (I'm not
firewalled, and running Netscape) and got an odd error. Then I
decided to try it via lynx, from a different computer, and it worked.
I returned to the original machine and got through.
Perhaps their Web server can't handle the load. I can also theorize a
number of other possible causes, but don't have the time to test any
hypotheses.
