Then to the “summary of AGI” that you mention at the end of your reply, what I’ve gathered overall, and what I’d like to carry in memory. Am I generally correct that almost everything goes back to “level”. Whatever that is in time and place. The zero meridian moved 102 meters east when “level” was updated to perpendicular to a vertical through the average center of mass of the earth. (Through the earth’s center as opposed to a pool of mercury.) AGI mentions time without numbers. Is the new time based on a relocated zero meridian 102 meters to the east. If so, time also is based on “level”.
