Hello,
I am retired from the french merchant navy and I am now studying about the history of navigation tables. In this research, I should like to get a copy of a paper written by C.C. SOULE and E.B. COLLINS called "Résumé of Navigation Methods". This paper was published by the US Naval Institute in 1934. In the same idea, I am looking for a paper written by Charles H. SMILEY in 1947 called "Modern Navigation Tables" (I don't know the publisher).
Can you help me to find these papers ?
