The fact that the 5th edition of Ho 208 only has columns for 1-90 is th reason I ask about a pdf of the 6th edition. Aparently it no longer exists outside of Lechters book. I had Office Depot do a spiral binding of the 5th edition and then I hand wrote the column numbers for beyond 90 degrees.
