I recommend John S. Lecher's 1977 hardcover "Self-container Celestial Navigation with Pub 208" for scanning purposes. Copies are available cheap on Amazon.

Wait, why are we trying to scan these tables again? Isn't the copy listed below a COMPLETE copy of H.O. 208??
