Hi Andres,
Your attachment shows very well the horizontal angle plot on a coastal chart. The observer could be located at two places where the COP intersects the shore line. The northern position is eliminated since the island of Santa Cruz is visible behind platform Gail which is only possible from the southern intersection. Also the more distant platform Grace is faintly visible to the left of platform Gilda which is only possible from the southern shore intersection.

here is the plot using OpenCPN and ChartWork.
The two CoP are plotted.
The GPX file is attached and can be loaded with Google Earth.
