How to calculate daily advance of GHA Aries?

Hi all,

I read in a post here that the daily advance of GHA Aries is 15.139'. I need the method of deriving this number for calculating the GHA Aries for any given day and time when almanacs aren't available.
I would like to know how this is calculated?
