Yes, thanks to wikipedia - I'm aware of that. Since then it became easy for me to tell a "subaru" car from a "suzuki" one. :)
Seems, this constellation was of importance since very early times arcoss the Earth - the already mentioned Nebra sky disk is believed to present Pleiades as well.
When I said the rest of constellations are "shapeless" - I actually meant they are featureless (to my eye), that's why it is difficult (for me) to remember them and their names.
