Attached is the second evolution of the Hp Doniol table for aircraft. This versionof Hp reductions are done every 8 minutes for an hour with the between 4 minute intervals done by splitting the difference between the Hp values. This cuts the precalculations in half. The plot shows a 7' dispersion for 16 observations made by a navy MK V bubble octant. Conditions were ideal. The averager was not used. For flight observations the dispersion will more than double due to aircraft movement influencing the octant bubble.
