Richard, thought you might want to know: there is a 25 year old 501.c.3 organization called the AIR FORCE NAVIGATORS OBSERVERS ASSOCIATION, 'AFNOA' ( www.afnoa.org) that to this day promotes flight navigation history and has a big Reunion this October 14-15-16 at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, Ohio. Join in if you like. It is all about "navigators, all types and flight navigation." Member Navigation web sites are: www.usaf-nav-history.com and www.james-connally.org James Connally was the name of the Waco, Texas AFB that trained most of the Cold War era AF navs. You have a great blog.
