I think you are right, this makes the "Explanation" even more Incomprehensible then before.
The line should be: Table b for 21h OT. (It makes no difference for the result, but it is wrong)
I never understood the "Eplanation" this is, in fact, the first question I asked on Navlist on
12 mar 2015. Is there a quide for Table4? Because the "Explanation" is crap.
Wel that was not the error I ment. It is in the Main table on 27 jun to 28 jun in de precalculated
dec value.
From 27 jun Dec=N 23°20'
to 28 jun Dec=N 23°18'
So the difference= -2 The table gives 3, that is wrong. You also have to find out that the difference is minus 3.
My improved table gives directly the correct value -3, so less change for error.
