Dear Herman,
I notice that the "Diff." values in the Improved Table 4 for the December-31st are not equal to the actual difference between the last December and first January values (of E and Declination). Is that a typo?
EDec31=04°22'; EJan01=04°12'; while their difference is -10' the tabulated value is -8'. The same is with the Dec diff.
Please comment.
