Frank, > hundred bucks that will read out angular > tilt relative to true level accurate > to +/-0.1 degrees or so. I remember Bill's old cardboard sextant (the whole sextant substantially less than $100). It was equipped with a simple bubble level of comparable accuracy. I suppose that the simple bubble horizon sold by Celestaire has better accuracy, not speaking of the expensive Cassens+P bubble horizon.
