It may require some manipulation while on Street View but eventually you should be able to read the street sign. I can confirm that it is named after the navigator of that name. In the 1920s/30s he ran a business in this area planting pine trees. The suburb is now called Pinehaven.
FWIIW this street is just 3nm south of where I live.
