I think I see what’s happened here.  The NCP is up, the SCP is down, and east is to the right.  Somebody, and I’m not looking at anyone in particular here, but he keeps chickens and advises film production companies, has got into the back door of a celestial programme such as Stellarium and increased SHA Sirius and Procyon a degree or two.  Witness the gap between Sirius and Canis Major Beta, also between Procyon and Canis Minor Beta.  By eye, the lefthand side of the image is incorrect.

This is not the pilotage solution requested, but as the CH runs across the centre of the picture, we have a side (distance of Sirius in light years) and an angle tweaked.  Therefore, the distance moved towards Aries = distance to Sirius x tangent change in SHA light years.  Time between shots = Distance/Speed =  Distanced moved in light  yrs/speed as a fraction of the speed of light. Therefore Time = 10 x distance in light years years.  It only remains to measure the advance of SHA Sirius and Procyon exactly from the photograph.  Alternatively, you could look for the pilotage solution sought.
