Don't panic. That probably means that the disk was full. These crazy inscrutable messages, huh? It's not full now. There's plenty of space. It's possible that you were uploading just before the weekly "garbage collection" run. So try your file again. In general, if you're having any technical trouble, drop me an email at FrankReed[~at~]HistoricalAtlas.com. It's probably something simple that can be fixed in a few minutes or a few hours at most.
As for George's "harumphing", I read your original message and, on the face of it, that's worthy of a harumph or two. I suspect your source was talking about some very different measure of irradiation or maybe there was a misplaced decimal place. Or perhaps seconds of arc instead of minutes or arc??
