Venus in daylight then, yes? Approaching sunset, but still! Nice work. I have seen it from 11am local time and at almost every hour after that through sunset this week --naked eye, no optical aid-- but of course it's still difficult. This will be much easier in two or three weeks. :)
You asked for:

I get 44.6'. The HP of the Moon today was 59.13' at 1200 UT and declining at a rate of 0.01' every two hours, dropping to 59.07' by the end of the day. PinA, of course, is just HP·cos(Alt).
