What do "Hs" and "Hc" stand for ?
"Raw" instrument reading ? Which I suspect for "Hs"
Corrected for Bulb Error ? (Which I suspect for "Hc" vs. "Hs") hence we would still need to correct for atmospheric refraction and parallax,
