I suppose this 'three days too late' is due to April, 1st. Nonetheless, I knew I should have compensate for signal's travel time. I suppose that the most importnant factor is rotation of Earth, not the changes in relative distance between Earth and i.e. Sun. So, is this compensation like this:
- declination - the same as for time t,
- GHA corrected for rotation of Earth during time interval dt?
Best regards,
Rafal
