Thanks, David. I am planning to submit a manuscript there, and it would be one of the 'man on the Clapham bus' articles. I am an academic scientist (not of astronomy), so I am familiar with the process and know that even getting it sent out for review might be a challenge. There do seem to be a few traditional celestial navigation articles published, occasionally, so I am hopeful that maybe they set aside a bit of space for those. We shall see . . .
