06:40:19 51′37.7″ SOLEX via van Gent 06:40:19 51′37.8″ IMCCE 06:40:20 51′37.7″ me (JPL DE441 ephemeris) 06:40:21 51′37.7″ me (DE406) All times are TT (= UTC + 69 s), 2025-08-12. I tried the old JPL DE406 ephemeris (1997) out of curiosity. In HASTRO-L Rob van Gent pointed out an extremely close Venus-Jupiter conjunction on 2065-11-22. I put it at 12:44:35 TT, when the center to center distance will be 14.20″. Jupiter semidiameter will be 15.4″ and Venus 4.9″, so their limbs will overlap. -- Paul Hirose sofajpl.com
