Here are the results of my calculations. I measured the Saturn lunar distance and the distance between Saturn and Jupiter. It gave me date (16.december 2020.) Then I cleared lunar distance using F.Reed online calculator. It gave approximate time 17:36:00 UTC. (Later I checked the Moon position in Stellarium against the stars. It is more probable that the time is closer to 17:15 UTC).
I measured altitudes of Saturn and the Moon against the horizon line, which is visible in the picture. Then I calculated from these values the latitude: 38° 50'N. From Moon's altitude and known latitude I calculated longitude: 30° 35'E. This point is somewhere in the Mediterranean between Sardegna and Illes Belears.
As I could not be sure that the angles in picture were projected correctly, I assumed that the results are quite approximate. I started to googlesearch for pictures of the lighthouses in this region. Finally I googled “lighthouses in sardegna” and quickly found one that was very similar in silhouette (assymetrical top composition). I think it is Mangiabarche lighthouse.
