    Except that the extra tucks don't weaken the part of the
    line they tuck into any more than the first three weaken
    their part of the rope.
    
    That is why I would like data on where the failures took
    place.
    
    Also, extra turns on a cleat waste time uncleating, but
    don't weakenthe attachment.
